I would very much appreciate the shareholders of this Board working in association regarding the SRP as well as in addressing other relative concerns when we have settled this matter.
I currently hold 360,200 shares. I will provide any necessary information to identify myself to Chairman, CEO and Corporate Governance Committee individually or collectively.
Formerly, I suggested to this Board the idea of working together to express our mutual concerns to the management. That said, this is an appropriate moment to request a response to the question of the SRP before the AGM.
