Lumenge-- I like your idea. An alternative idea, albeit not as good, but perhaps simplier.

Compose a letter to management and IR and post it to this board. Ask readers to copy your letter on to an email addressed to your recommended addressees adding that they fully endorse it and preferably adding the number of shares they and their families represent, with an info copy to you.
