"plans to make" and "expects" are not definitive words. They are generalized terms that are still open to leeway. The

company still should respond to shareholders as to how near they are on executing these plans and narrow down "expects" to a more definitive time. The only way they can do this is to "be ready" to accept customer orders, so NREs or contracts would need to be announced in order to fulfill those two variables. They still can be off on their timeframe and say +/- one month or two (for example), but they absolutely must follow through this time and feed us more than 'hopeful' words or great confidence. They must do it as close to now as possible. 'Now' cannot be a moving target. With the delays out of the way, 'now' is entirely possible now.
