This shows that POET's technology is understood by the patent office and this help POET protect itself for what it is about to bring to market, so this is like making sure the ducks are lined up in a row. I interpret these recent patents as part of the contingency that POET had on its terms, "expects" etc in its NRs. The only unanswered variable would be NREs or customer orders (letter of intent/ Purchase Orders_); but first things first must come first. Hopefully, other procedural internal matters are complete and POET gets to forge ahead definitively so tha the market can measure them on execution of delivery products to market.
