Message: proposal for completion of 4th terminal

@Rainer,

I completely agree with your assessment of the situation. I feel the same way.

The unanswered question for me is what we should be giving in return to help us get POET ready to go. I think plan A was to go to market in a position of strength with a working product that we controlled from end to end. This isn't possible now. So from a weaker position, what can we offer? Hopefully management will not give it away. Frankly, I'd rather let it gather dust for a few years pending the success of the InP platform if there was any chance of getting ripped off. I could be persuaded to change my mind if we had R&D stage competition breathing down our necks, or if we could find a partner as desperate as we are to bring something new to the market who would not ask for the world to do the gruntwork.
