So what you are saying is that the positive attitude here allows people like OK to attack posters (violation of rule 2) and provide nothing of value to the members here (violation of ruule 3)?

Sure, management hasn't been forthcoming in a number of areas, we're all well aware of that, but to keep up with the same crap week after week without providing anything is less than desireable, IMO.
