Just wanted to point out a bought deal is usually for institutional investors The broker does a quick survey on interested buyers to assess the demand. The initial deal of $8 million Cormark was pretty sure the buyers would be there. They go back to the company and say there is much more demand than you are offering. This nwould be mutual funds small cap managers and the like. The fact that demand from institutions not retailers was so high means they really like the story and are solid investors not flippers. ON close Poet gets a cheque for$12 million and much financial risk if off the table. After deal closes I think the stock rebounds.
