Special meeting agenda, as dreamt up by yours truly:

1. Approval by India announced re Gaas initiative. Funding announced and POET spins out Gaas initiative into separate new public company to allow for appropriate ownership by India to reflect the size of their investment and allow POET shareholders to participate in the growth of the new separate company.

2. Announcement of new business due to new partnerships, new revenue forecasts, and approval to apply for NAZ listing.
