Handles the daily transaction processing which includes, purchase invoice processing and payments
Liaise with vendors on any payments issues
Peform payments projection on weekly basis
Maintain a clean and up to date Fixed Assets register on monthly basis
Tagging of assets
Account coding of non-APs payments
Perform AP, Bank, and Fixed Assets reconciliation on a monthly basis to be reviewed by Financial Controller
Preparing of related month end journal entries for review by Financial Controller
Involve in Financial Statement statutory audit and EDB grant claims audit
Involve in process refinement and automation.
Maintain a good and proper filing system.
