Yes that was an excellent post by OZ and highlights some of the main points that sets POET's platform apart from what industry is doing. I suspect that IMEC would be very interested in POETs platform to take advantage of the solid state CMOS compatibility of the optical side in combination with the FinFET logic circuits that they are touting. In other words not competition but a customer.
