Yes Maumita Chakrabarti is involved in new product developments, IMO, the Lady has talent.
We can see that her previous project « pain-free diabetes management » she has delivered for RSP Systems, Denmark, just received additional funding (Euro 10 millions) for clinical trials and to prepare for regulatory approval sept 10th 2018.
Build the right team, attract the right people, the right high-caliber talent - it’s part of the plan and management is executing. Since Feb 2018 the following talented peoples have joined (the once we are aware of) :
Aug 2018 Dr. Krzysztof Klos Principal MOCVD Engineer at DenseLight (POET Technologies) coming from CIP Technologies (a Huawei company) and Astri Polska space and satellite technologies company with 100% of revenues from space business.
Jul 2018 Mark Dyson Director Procurement, External Manufacturing, & Product Engineering at Denselight coming from NXP and LSI, an Avago Technologies Company

At the AGM 2018:
01:33:35 – Question: One of them is: What could cause the POET Technologies’ train to go off-track?
01:35:17 – David Lazovsky: – The biggest risk that we can have, coming back to your earliest question, is not having the right people involved with this company to allow us to execute a plan that we know there is a market out there, and customers that are eager to help us achieve our business objectives. Right? So, folding the two elements of your question together, we need to attract the right people and we need to retain the right people.
