Not sure of the percentages, but I would estimate that well over 50% of R/S's do not work out well.
Baba I think it is a much much higher percentage than that. There are a lot of failed companies that have done the R/S then completely changed business direction to the flavour of the day.
I don't think POET is a failed company.
That report took the worst possible example and I believe the writer took big liberties in that statement. It should never have been made and it needs to be addressed pronto.
