That report took the worst possible example and I believe the writer took big liberties in that statement. It should never have been made and it needs to be addressed pronto.
And yet the writer maintains a $1.50 USD target. How can you square the two! You can't. It makes no sense. Now if the writer changed his thought process to say: We have an expectation that the share price will reach our target price in 2019 based on commercial orders with major companies and at this time we could see POET initiating a low ratio R/S to expediate a NASDAQ listing.
That would make sense and I could all square that.
