Message: What happened to the need for funds?

I do agree with you lebowski101. Maybe the analyst that put out the $1.50 price prediction put the cart before the horse in his/her expectations and thought PoET might have the relevant news/actions publicized in time for that to happen? 

It really is all about timing. It's not good if an analyst sticks their neck out ahead of a company's ability to meet that analyst's expectation, nor it is fair to anyone. It also creates a perception that the company is in delay, but a company can only be in delay if they, themselves, cannot meet an expectation they have set. Analysts, as well, do not have all the details at hand to make a prediction about a future moment. It solely rests on the company to produce on any reasonable expectations. So, do we need a better company or do we need better analysts to get PoET's story out? I leave the answer to that question to each our own.
