Great to see today’s news.  I have the feeling this was in the works

for some time.  A very calculating move by all those involved. 

The FAQ sheet is invaluable.  I also send a thank you note to Tom

and got a nice reply.  I like this part as well: 

“The Company believes this is a ‘win-win-win’  situation for POET,

DenseLight, and the Buyer”.  As stated, it could open up

opportunities for the high-volume ramp-up of the POET Optical

Interposer.  Very exciting  to me.  It does have the feel of GF to me,

but at this point, no one outside the loop can be sure.
