Dash,

"IP" is just a stack of paper with a concept on it. You need engineers working with customers on their designs to apply that IP. You need people looking to improve the design and expand the number of applications. You need to be looking for competitors and thinking of ways to stay ahead. Should you acquire other busnesses? What about continuing development of the GaAs platform. Optics work is not finished because POET has a patent for the OI. What remains is much lighter though. You don't want to be stuck in low margin manufacturing.
