That's what they want Lebowski, that no one knows wtf is going on.

Paying the higher interest rates makes little sense as they must have known that was going to happen, or perhaps they thought small investors like us would eat them up.....what they didn't figure is the small investors like us are tapped out (speaking for myself now, but apparently, with the low tranche 3 total this is more true than false).

Seems like they couldn't go to the institutions in any significant way since they can't tell them what they really need to know...yet.

So my opinion is that it didn't quite work out the way they wanted it to, but I highly doubt it will be a large impediment to the overall deal since once the name is announced institutions will be falling all over themselves to get in.
