2 million shares and 950k options. He was not issued options in this round so I think he is likely staying with the buyer of DL. As we know POET will be a much leaner company after the sale with limited payroll which may mean paying some NRE if required to the new owner of DL for new applications requiring DL active components.  We will likely know more very soon on what work  will  be performed by DL on active devices for  new applications (whether structured as joint development or NRE or  combination) and what work will be performed by Almae on a joint basis and who  else will be in the mix.

What we do know is that DL will undergo a big expansion by the new owner to meet POET`s initial demands out of that facility (those facilities). But I think we can anticipate the need for greater supply that can only be met by major laser manufactures. But who knows how big the plans of the new DL owner will be. Remember also that POET will diversify supply to ensure both competitive advantage as well as redundancy.
