That's correct. June 24th is the voting eligibility cut off date.

Disclosure of meeting agenda and voting material must be in the hands of the eligible voters no later than 21 days prior to the date, set by management, of the AG&S meeting. Management, should they choose, has the option of disclosing this information anytime after voting eligibility has been established (June 24th, 2019)
