If other members of management were selling (in the absence of any NR) IIROC would halt the stock and require an explanation from the Company before allowing any further trading. For this reason I see this as an isolated case of an individual needing cash and was granted approval by the Company on the condition it was done in an orderly manner so as NOT to create the illusion of a panic dumping....IMHO
