On checking SEDI I note that Dr Lam has 500k options that are in the money with an exercise price of .28 issued in July 2017. As has already been reported Dr Lam was not issued options this round. Rajan Rajgopal the GM of DL also did not receive options this round ether but he invested $70k in the debenture and in 2018 made a $25k purchase in the private placement.

I would guess that these DL staff will remain with DL under new management and I would presume that their existing options will remain available to them for 1 year.

As has been noted Dr Lam did sell shares in 2017 (50k @ .325).
