Why would they spend $40 million to buy D/L and then spend $!00 million to upgrade it.

When they could just simply buy out POET with all the cash they have.

I still think it is a small company thats going to buy D/L

We should know it a few days time.

I am also disappointed in the company for not putting out a NR about the change of date.

They told us the AGM will be on the 30th of July in a NR I made plans to attend it on that date now thay have changed it, I cannot attend. I should not have to check Sedar to get that information, the company should have inform all S/H's about this change.
