Hi Baba, Hmm, yes, I wasn't sure about that part.  That gives them a little more time before the mandated time limit.  In this case the news should be a rather large event.  Our last surge took some time (a couple weeks) for the market to get it.  That NR was a little more abstract, the technology - Interposer, vs the Purchase we are looking at now.  So we shall see.   BT
