When we look at the Denselight purchase,

What would we rather have?

A 100 million dollar buyout and the new buyer putting in 30 million in upgrades or:

A 30 million dollar buyout and the new buyer putting 100 million in upgrades to the facility.

I feel the latter has more of a longer term benefit. IMO, Zax
