It said UP TO $14 Mil so that would leave about $9.84 for the subsequent tranche(s) if they need it all??? If they need the full $14 Mil maybe they will do one in each of July, August and Sept? But that still is a whack of money. As they get closer maybe it gets easier to raise the remaining $$$ as the time horizon is shorter and maybe they have more details that they are able to make public thru their quarterly reports.
