Hi  Baba the end result is  they have scheduled to allow 1 month to  get everyone signed off. And they have kept the  same method of notification as past years with links from  their home page.

The 4th tranche is expected to close before the end of the month. So I  expect we will see a holding pattern in the share price next week and then the stock  should be able  to  run with the information avail on the buyer the week of Aug 19.
