Last year the AGM was held on June 21. On May 22 the notice, information circular, proxy and the certificate of dissemination were posted on sedar.

The certificate of dissemination posted May 22, 2018 made the following statement:

We are pleased to confirm that copies of the following proxy-related materials were mailed on May 18, 2018 to the registered shareholders and the Non-Objecting Beneficial Owners ("NOBO").

People need to relax and don’t listen to the Jacks “there must be something wrong” posts. You must know his/their motivation by now and it is certainly not with our best interests at heart.  

There is a reason that people have been banned multiple times and it has nothing to do with having a contrarian view as they would try to make you believe.
