Question for AGM attendees

I have a couple of questions I would like asked at the AGM in Toronto. Unfortunately I won't be in attendance this year but hopefully someone can ask for me:

Since we are closing the sale of Denselight with a large Chinese buyer who intends to expand fab production in Asia, is it fair to assume that Poet will be dual listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange?

Also, will we be taking the next step up and moving from the Venture Exchange to the TSX Big Board here in Canada?
