From Morningstar's quote, re the Optical Interposer:

"Our plan to deliver 400G devices is essentially unchanged from prior plans, which targeted the release of Transmit and Receive (TROE) Optical Engine prototypes to customers for qualification in the second half of 2019.  Our revised plan calls for all of the required active components, waveguides for certain standards, and core integration processes to be far enough along to allow the Company to produce both 400G prototypes and 100G prototypes late in 2019 and into early 2020."

Are not the prototypes what they send to the customer for qualification?  So what has been sent to customers so far has been the ROE only and not the TROE?  So is it fair to say that TROE devices, if they qualify, likely won't be ready for shipment against orders until third or fourth quarter of 2020?  

Is it accurate to say that POET hopes to be selling qualified ROE devices toward the end of this year?  And the ROE devices work with 100g and 400g or just 100g or neither and the ROE is targeted for something altogether different?
