good points. I wondered somewhat the same. Only conclusion I came to was they needed the money to manage thru to closing and to cover other costs related to the sale that have not been disclosed (possibly refitting existig equipment and facilities prior to close) and finishing prototypes (which I thought would be covered by NRE). Hard to say with the info we have. Just have to bear thru this until they close the deal and see what materializes. I have been in this for almost 6 years so another 2-4 weeks shouldn't be too painful. Hoefully all the people who bought the first tranches are richly rewarded beyond the 12% for he risk they took.
