Suresh is energized by the work and the customers. I really don't think he has any plans to kick back any time soon. There is so much in store for this tech. Right now they are working on the pluggable transceivers. Just wait until they are working with onboard optics. A whole new generation of products.

It was good to see him enjoying the time he spent with us and feeling more comfortable with investors (and I told him as much)... The reality is that we tend to de-energize him because we just can't keep up. But I say let him do his thing. He is in my opinion many steps ahead of everyone.
