Agree Turr.  So far, the market is saying the $8 million is not in the bag on October 31st.  But there is still time for volume to pick up significantly before the end of the month, which would provide some evidence that the transfer of the $8 million will actually take place.  Even if the market yawns, as it may well, i think it represents a very significant step forward.
