Okiedo there are people that I trust to tell me the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth but it still does not make it true. It was not first hand. Jack did not contact me through PM (which he can't because I have him on ignore) but the person that advised me of this occurrence made it a point to tell me in person. 

So  based on what I  know of Jack  it is a totally believable scenario and if true I  want to  ensure that he knows that people who  are long term shareholders are bothered by it. 

Again if true that is crossing a line and I am hoping that Jack understands that. 

I will not be talking about this anymore. I  have a few people on ignore and it is good for my piece of mind but when someone I  trust brings this to  my attention it hard for me to  ignore. 

The last thing I remember reading from Jack was him telling people not to buy because the stock was going to head down due to tax loss selling. But if he is telling people to sell and they think that he knows what he is talking about well I think you can see my concern. I have never told people to buy or sell period. People can make up their own mind. Baba believes that this forum is responsible for most of the buying and selling. If people are on the edge of indecision Jack's cool aid might just be enough to influence a decision based on what. Jacks intimate knowledge of POET’s technology and the business environment? 

I am finished with this discussion. There is lots to talk about here and Jack  should not be part of that conversation.
