Of course that's your opinion, but history suggests that not a whisper will leak out about any progress, or completion of the OI.

Since SV has been at the helm there have been numerous achievements and successful steps toward the development of the OI.

Have we heard about any of them, other than during company held disclosures?

No, we have not, not once....ever.

I expect the same to be true when the OI is qualified.
