Jack has the motive and means he has told us a number of times he has stated in the the reference URL you provided, but does he have intention? Well maybe, but let's ask Jack.

JTB have you or have you not asked others on this board to act jointly with you in a coordinated plan of buying or selling of shares in PTK for personal gain?

Whereas I would be displeased, if that was the case on the basis of beggar thy neighbour, it does not necessarily constitute anything wrong. As regards relevant regulations in Canada I have no expertise whatsoever.
