If, like me, you struggle with the meaning of the multiplicity of acronyms used in the Optical industry, here is a useful compilation of common acronyms by Finisar to include in your notes. You will still of course struggle with the full form of any given acronym but on the basis that in the valley of ignorance knowledge is King, this gives you a start.
