I don't often look at the other exchanges, but I did note last Thursday that all the other Canadian exchanges (listed on Stockwatch) added together had Ptk volume higher than the TSX volume which is unusal. Also, POETF in the States had higher than normal volume and also higher than TSX, that is also unusual. So I wasn't all that surprised to see the action on Friday. I think something happened on Thursday and people in the know took advantage of that. However, it stuck out like a sore thumb on Friday and they were told to cool it until a news release. Just my speculation! If we get a positive news release this week my speculation may be correct. If not, who knows what sparked Friday's action.
