I was just posting what I think is going on by inference. My preference would still be to have a short NR saying 2nd tranche has been paid. It would be a nice reassured tap on the shoulder. Despite what I think is going on, we deserve that tap on the shoulder. Maybe it's in the works along with further news (hopefully)? In the meantime, the actions by inference are all we can go by.
