Until then it's probably not "POET" inside".

Whilst that is logical, OC, in reality much of what we read about other companies are doing is predevelopment and POET's OI offer might well be the catalyst that facilitates their development because of its lower cost, higher performance, utility, i. e. DISRUPTIVE.
