Cisco and Macom are listed at the the same location in Allentown. 7540 Windsor Dr. Infinera is in the same office park too.

I searched on Cisco job opportunities and came by this silicon photonics process development enginneer. Where? San Jose, but with an alternate location in Allentown PA. Hmm.
