It's Rainer's doc, last I heard he said it needed updating but I believe the options are close to reality......and yes, there are millions at stake, both for the company and the holders to the options.

Personally I hope SV get his well into the money so he is paid for all of his hard work - that would be north of 1.40 by Jun.10, which sort of fits into get the warrants into the money in the next 3 months or so.

My guess is the announcement of the name(s) will propel the stock enough to put all of the options you have listed there in the money....and surely SV is not going to let that slide beyond the 1st of Jun. so there is time to exercise.

Lots of money for the coffers when all those warrants and options are exercised.
