Lumenge, I think all of the debentures have the same "Put Exercise" timing based on closure of Denselight deal.  So, I don't think it matters that the debentures were parsed out, they all can be redeemed at the same time.  That said, there is a maximum Put value of $1M/month, so the company will need to reserve an amount to cover in the event some debenture holders go this route.  IMO, the more (positive) news we get, the less likely people will want to cash in.  It goes without saying, the converse is true as well.
