I don't think Suresh is up to any such shenanigans. For one, it's risky.  Easily proven if the timing were manipulated.  If the Tier 1 is calling the shots on becoming known, and that reveal is based on a somewhat objective milestone, then if the timing works out with respect to granting new options, so be it.  And we don't even know that the reveal is the market moving event Poet had in mind when extending those warrants.  

I don't doubt they are moving as fast as they can. But, horror of horrors, the continued lethargy in trading is some evidence to me that the market moving news is still a ways off.
