I agree. Either the start of the design in phase or completion of it. I think that is when the NR will be made. I'm still feeling a few more months yet. But who knows?

In regards to another poster on the off topic board mentioning some shameless pumping garnering results. I sure wouldn't mind some. Especially  since we have the goods to back it up. The silence is deafening
