My understanding is that the delay has nothing to do with the conditions or any attempt to renegotiate. POET got a good deal and DL got a good deal. It's all about navigating the transfer. That is it that is all. The buyer now owns 81%; they are hiring for a ramp up, paying the bills and moving forward. Someone posted recently a pic of the DL poster advertising the POET OI as the platform that DL will use beyond discrete devices for products. They are hiring people to support sales in the US.

The transfer will take place through the same channels that worked in past transfers.
