It can take a week or two for investors to digest and evaluate and subsequently react to news.

This was excellent news. No doubt about that. Note it really becomes most meaningful when the LOI is replaced by signed definitive agreements. Appears we should see those this quarter.

The market will respond in time, as we all wait for news on the US T1.

I also agree with some posters that POET now needs to hit the throttle on marketing and top class US analysts.
