For POET, the relationship is of enormous importance. but my guess is for the tier 1, Poet is one of several competing for its business in this one area. You said we've been at it with them for two years - it would be difficult to imagine that two years ago, the tier one would have put all its eggs on this one particular, albeit important, endeavor into just the Poet basket.
