 Baba you misunderstood my intent I think. It is  the  company that has been putting  it on the line in terms of  comments that have been made  that would lead us to those conclusions.  I totally  support SM's post by the way (maybe not totally but pretty close) We can only guess at what is  going on behind the curtain.
