In the investor presentations Mika was asked about NRE in calendar year 2020 during the Q&A sections.  In both, he confidently, and emphatically, responded "YES".

 

He alluded to a "supply solution" as well, which likely was the Sanan LOI, and hopefully, a similar type agreement for North America.  

 

When he was asked about the warrant extension, again exibiting confidence in being able to get those warrants into the money, my impression was NRE would be the driver.  The LOI/supply chain issue had to come first.
