Maybe the Sula Clan is buying us out? 

Haha!! We'd have to sell our shares to raise the funds.  

Clearly Something big has come up that can't wait till AGM time. Can't see it being a buyout, unless the offer is ridiculous (unlikely at this stage). Quite often these meetings happen when the share structure might have to change. More likely to have something to do with superphotonics and an up-listing on an Asian market.  Or a significant buy in from a partner. 

A RS just doesn't seem like it warrants an urgent meeting like this. Or maybe the 75c warrants are going to be gifted to us longtermers
